Led by a Chemical Engineer with a Master of Science in Environment and Management and multiple Lead Auditor certifications, we bring deep technical knowledge and real-world experience to every engagement. Ivana Strgacic is the founder and president of Strategies For The Environment Inc. With more than 25 years of experience in environmental and occupational health and safety consulting, auditing, compliance, and training, Ivana brings deep expertise and a practical, results-focused approach to every client engagement.
Ivana has worked with organizations across a wide range of industries, helping them develop and implement management systems aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and other recognized standards. Her work spans audit preparation, gap assessments, legal and regulatory reviews, and the development of customized training programs.
Her philosophy is straightforward: management systems should support the business, not burden it. Every solution she develops is designed to be practical, maintainable, and aligned with the organization's real-world operations.
